Busan in South Korea is often used as a transit hub for further shipment of goods to Vladivostok. The choice of port depends on the location of the manufacturer, type of product and available marine services.

Containers depart from Japanese ports to Vladivostok. The sea leg takes several days. After arrival, the cargo is reloaded onto rail transport and sent to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and other cities in Russia.

The average delivery time to the central part of the country is 25–35 days.

Used for urgent deliveries of electronic components, medical equipment, product samples and spare parts.

Due to current restrictions, transportation is carried out through international transit hubs. The average delivery time is 1–3 days.

In such cases, shipments may pass through international logistics centers and transit warehouses in third countries. This approach allows for building sustainable supply chains, taking into account the requirements of the export legislation of the country of origin.

Some types of chemical products, cosmetics, medical goods and food raw materials require temperature control during transportation.

For such cargoes, refrigerated containers and specialized solutions for air transportation are used to preserve the characteristics of the products along the entire route.

We organize the delivery of chemical products, industrial reagents, batteries, paints and varnishes and other categories of dangerous goods.

Before shipment, TransGID specialists check the MSDS safety data sheet, determine the hazard class and select an acceptable route of transportation, taking into account the requirements of sea lines and air carriers.

If the batch occupies several pallets, renting a separate container is impractical.

We pick up the goods from the supplier, deliver it to the consolidation warehouse, check the packaging, perform additional crating if necessary and send the cargo together with shipments from other clients.

This format is especially popular among marketplace sellers, online stores and companies testing new product categories.

Separate containers are used for large shipments.

20-foot containers are suitable for heavy equipment, metal and auto parts. For bulk shipments, 40-foot containers and High Cube containers are used.

Japanese exports require careful preparation of documentation even before shipping the cargo.

Our specialists check the supplier's documents, select FEA codes, calculate customs duties, analyze the risks of customs value adjustment, and submit declarations to the Electronic Declaration Centers.

If necessary, we check the requirements for certification and technical documentation in advance to avoid delays after the cargo arrives in Russia.
