LCL Cargo Delivery from China

Groupage cargo delivery (LCL - Less than Container Load) is an opportunity to import a commercial batch of goods without paying freight for an entire container or vehicle. You pay only for the volume occupied by your cargo.

TransGID organizes regular groupage shipments from China, Southeast Asian countries, the UAE, India, Europe, Turkey, and the CIS countries. We consolidate cargo from various shippers at warehouses, pack a single container or truck, and dispatch the batch to Russia.

This delivery type is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses, trading companies, and marketplace sellers. We handle consignments of any weight with official customs clearance. For urgent requirements and sample transport, we provide air freight delivery.

Our network of consolidation warehouses spans the main export hubs of Eurasia. We pick up cargo from the supplier anywhere in the country of departure.

China and Southeast Asia

Dispatch speed depends on how quickly the truck fills up. Our terminals across different industrial zones in China enable us to send shipments weekly and, if necessary, daily.

• Shenzhen (electronics, auto parts, clothing), Guangzhou (south).
• Ningbo (consumer goods from Futian markets), Shanghai (commercial cargo, chemicals).
• Qingdao (industrial equipment, machine tools, tires), Xingang.
• Border hubs for overland delivery: Mudanjiang (north), Khorgos (west), Alashankou.

Through our Asian hubs, we also ship groupage cargo from Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Indonesia. In Hong Kong, we consolidate transit shipments from Japan and the USA.

UAE and the Middle East

The United Arab Emirates is a key logistics hub for imports. We consolidate cargo at terminals in Dubai (including the Jebel Ali Free Zone).

TransGID organizes direct import of goods from the Emirates and also uses the UAE as a transit hub for delivery of machinery, electronics, and components from Europe and the USA with complete re-documentation.

India

We build LCL containers at the country's major ports: Nhava Sheva (Mumbai), Chennai, and Mundra. We deliver by sea directly to Novorossiysk or via Iran in transit.

Europe and Turkey

We collect cargo across Europe and consolidate it at warehouses in Italy, Germany, and Turkey (Istanbul, Ambarli port).

Direct road freight Europe - Russia (18–20 days).

Transit routes Europe - Turkey - Russia (17–20 days). We provide product purchasing services from Europe via Turkish suppliers.

We arrange export shipments: from Russia to Turkey and Europe.

CIS

Regular road freight between Russia and neighboring countries (including internal customs transit procedure - ICT):

• Active routes: Belarus (2 days), Kazakhstan (7–12 days), Kyrgyzstan (7–14 days).
• Transit: Europe - Turkey - Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan.
• New routes launched in test mode: Uzbekistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan.

Road Express (Dedicated Corridor)

The fastest overland option. The truck crosses the border via the priority Heihe - Blagoveshchensk corridor. Transit time: 12–15 days from China to Moscow.

Road Standard (LTL)

Classic road transport for groupage cargo.

From China: via Kazakhstan (Khorgos), Zabaikalsk, or Ussuriysk. Delivery times to the Urals and Siberia are 15–32 days, to Moscow and Saint Petersburg 25–35 days.

From Turkey and Europe: 10 to 20 days via direct or transit routes.

From CIS countries: 2 to 14 days.

Accelerated Container Train

Optimal balance of price and transit time. The main rail service operates on the route: Xi'an - Kazakhstan - Elektrougli station (Vostochny TSW).

The groupage container runs without transshipment at intermediate stations. Transit time: 25–30 days.

Upon request, we deliver rail shipments to Kazakhstan and Belarus.

Sea + Rail / Road

The most cost-effective rate for planned supply chains.

Via the Far East: from ports in China, South Korea (2 days), Taiwan, and Vietnam (9–16 days) to Vladivostok, followed by rail to regions across the Russian Federation.

Via the South: from ports in the UAE, India, or Turkey to the port of Novorossiysk (transit around 30 days).

Direct sea (Deep Sea): from China (50 days) directly to the port of Saint Petersburg - the most economical shipping option.

Air Freight (Urgent Cargo)

An option for samples, electronics, and spare parts when production downtime costs more than transport expenses. Flights from Beijing, Dubai, Istanbul, and Hong Kong. Arrival in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, or any international airport in Russia with a customs post. Transit time: 1–3 days.

It is essential for sellers that products reach storefronts quickly and in full compliance with marketplace rules. We have launched a full-cycle cargo preparation service for marketplaces, including new logistics hubs in Yekaterinburg and Kazan.

How it works:

• We source required products in China (or any other country) and pick them up from the factory.
• We deliver cargo to the consolidation terminal closest to the manufacturer.
• We handle official customs clearance and release the declaration.
• Upon arrival in Russia, the cargo goes to our warehouse where we handle fulfillment: applying mandatory “Chestny ZNAK” marking, printing barcodes, and packing boxes according to marketplace standards.
• We deliver the shelf-ready consignment directly to the marketplace fulfillment center.

Many entrepreneurs are used to shipping small batches via Cargo — a grey scheme without documentation. The risks of this approach include: account freezing under Federal Law No. 115-FZ, inability to legally sell goods on marketplaces, and the lack of legal guarantees of cargo safety.

TransGID offers legal delivery with a full package of documents:

• Official customs clearance. You receive the customs declaration number, which is required for accounting records and uploading to marketplace platforms.
• VAT compliance. We accept cashless payments with VAT, allowing you to legally reduce your tax base.
• Direct contracts. We help you conclude a foreign currency contract with the supplier or act as an FEA agent. We select a factory tailored to your technical requirements.
• Switching to a legal scheme does not mean a sharp increase in logistics costs. Due to competent classification of FEA commodity codes and no hidden fees, the cost of official delivery is comparable to Cargo rates, while eliminating the risk of cargo confiscation.
