LCL shipping (Less than Container Load) is the opportunity to bring a commercial batch of goods without paying for the freight of a whole container or vehicle. You pay only for the volume that your cargo occupies.

TransGID organizes regular shipments of consolidated cargo from China, Southeast Asia, the UAE, India, Europe, Turkey, and the CIS countries. We consolidate cargo from different senders in our warehouses, form a single container or truck, and send the shipment to Russia.

This type of delivery is suitable for small and medium-sized businesses, trading companies, and marketplace sellers. We accept shipments of any weight with official customs clearance. For urgent tasks and sample transportation, we organize air delivery.

Our network of consolidation warehouses covers the main export hubs in Eurasia. We pick up cargo from the supplier at any point in the country of origin.

China and Southeast Asia

The speed of shipment depends on how quickly the vehicle is filled. Our terminals in different industrial zones of China allow us to send cargo every week, and if necessary, every day.

• Shenzhen (electronics, auto parts, clothing), Guangzhou (south).
• Ningbo (consumer goods from Futian markets), Shanghai (commercial cargo, chemicals).
• Qingdao (industrial equipment, machines, tires), Xingang.

UAE and the Middle East

The United Arab Emirates is a key logistics hub for imports. We consolidate cargo at terminals in Dubai (including the Jebel Ali free economic zone).

TransGID organizes direct import of goods from the Emirates and also uses the UAE as a transit hub for delivering equipment, electronics, and components from Europe and the USA with переоформлением documents.

India

We form consolidated containers in the largest ports of the country: Nava Shiva (Mumbai), Chennai, and Mundra. We deliver by sea directly to Novorossiysk or through Iran in transit.

Europe and Turkey

We pick up cargo throughout Europe and consolidate it in warehouses in Italy, Germany, and Turkey (Istanbul, Ambarli port).

Transit routes Europe - Turkey - Russia (17-20 days). We buy goods from Europe through Turkish suppliers.

CIS

Regular road transportation between Russia and the countries of the near abroad (including the regime of internal customs transit - ITC):

• Current lines: Belarus (2 days), Kazakhstan (7-12 days), Kyrgyzstan (7-14 days).
• Transit: Europe - Turkey - Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan.
• New routes are launched in test mode: Uzbekistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan.

Auto Express (Dedicated Corridor)

The fastest land method. The car passes the border through the priority corridor Heihe - Blagoveshchensk. Term: 12-15 days from China to Moscow.

Auto Standard (LTL)

Classic delivery of consolidated cargo by road.

From China: through Kazakhstan (Khorgos), Zabaikalsk, or Ussuriysk. Terms to the Urals and Siberia are 15-32 days, to Moscow and St. Petersburg 25-35 days.

From Turkey and Europe: from 10 to 20 days by direct or transit routes.

From the CIS countries: from 2 to 14 days.

Accelerated railway train

Optimal balance of price and terms. The main railway service runs on the route: Xi'an - Kazakhstan - Elektrougli station (Eastern CHP).

The consolidated container travels without repacking at stations along the way. Term: 25-30 days.

Upon request, we deliver railway shipments to Kazakhstan and Belarus.

Sea + Rail / Road

The most profitable tariff for planned deliveries.

Through the Far East: from the ports of China, South Korea (2 days), Taiwan, and Vietnam (9-16 days) to Vladivostok, then by rail to the regions of the Russian Federation.

Through the South: from the ports of the UAE, India, or Turkey to the port of Novorossiysk (transit about 30 days).

Direct sea (Deep Sea): from China (50 days) directly to the port of St. Petersburg is the most economical delivery option.

Air delivery (urgent cargo)

An option for samples, electronics, and spare parts, when production downtime is more expensive than transportation costs. Departures from Beijing, Dubai, Istanbul, and Hong Kong. Arrival in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, or any international airport in Russia with a customs post. Term: 1-3 days.

It is important for sellers that the goods get to the shelf quickly and without violating the rules of the site. We have launched a full range of cargo preparation for marketplaces, including new sites in Yekaterinburg and Kazan.

How it works:

• We select the right product in China (or any other country) and pick it up from the factory.
• We deliver the cargo to the terminal closest to the producer.
• We carry out official customs clearance and issue a declaration.
• After arriving in the Russian Federation, the cargo goes to our warehouse, where we carry out fulfillment: we apply the mandatory marking «Fair Sign», glue barcodes, and form boxes according to the standards of the marketplace.
• We deliver the finished batch directly to the marketplace warehouse.

Many entrepreneurs are used to shipping small batches through Cargo - an informal scheme without documents. The risks of this approach include account blocking under Federal Law 115, the inability to legally sell goods on marketplaces, and the lack of legal guarantees for сохранности.

TransGID offers white delivery with a full package of documents:

• Official customs clearance. You receive a declaration number (DT) on hand, which is necessary for accounting reports and uploading to platform cabinets.
• VAT handling. We accept payment by bank transfer with VAT, which allows you to legally reduce the taxable base.
• Direct contracts. We help conclude a foreign currency contract with the supplier or act as an FEA agent. We select a factory to meet your technical requirements.
• Switching to a white scheme does not mean a sharp increase in logistics costs. Due to the competent selection of FEA codes and the absence of hidden commissions, the cost of official delivery is comparable to Cargo rates, but eliminates the risk of batch confiscation.
