The United Arab Emirates are now one of the largest international trade and logistics centers. Supplies of electronics, server equipment, auto parts, industrial products and consumer goods from all over the world pass through Dubai. A significant part of the cargo is sent from the free economic zones Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), DAFZA and Dubai South, where the warehouses of international distributors and manufacturers are located.

TransGID organizes cargo delivery from the UAE for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. We check the set of documents, arrange certification of invoices through the state authorities of the UAE, obtain the necessary permits for the export of products and accompany the cargo until release in Russia. The client receives the goods with a full set of documents, officially passed customs clearance and ready for registration.

In recent years, export control in the UAE has increased significantly. For certain categories of electronics, equipment, computer technology and industrial components, it is not enough to just hand over the cargo to the carrier.

Through the UAE infrastructure, Russian companies purchase products from manufacturers in the USA, Europe and Asia. We accompany logistics and payments for such supplies in accordance with current legislation.

For many foreign trade operations, certification of commercial documents through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE is required.

We certify the invoice and certificate of origin, which confirms the authenticity of commercial documents for use in international trade.

Permission from export control is required to export high-tech goods (chips, servers, machines). We check the need to obtain an individual number and barcode for the air waybill before shipping the goods. We interact with the supplier and accompany the procedure for obtaining documents until the cargo is released.

We organize the registration of cargo from free economic zones and commercial sites in the UAE, including Jebel Ali, DAFZA and Dubai South.

Depending on the volume of supply, we offer several logistics options.

For small shipments, we use consolidation warehouses in Dubai.

Cargoes from several clients are combined into one shipment, thanks to which the cost of transportation is distributed among all participants in the supply. The client pays only for the actually occupied volume.

Direct flights from DXB and DWC airports to any airport in Russia with an international terminal.

Average delivery time is 1–3 days.

This option is most often used for:

Shipping is carried out through the port of Jebel Ali, followed by delivery through Novorossiysk or Far Eastern ports.

Average transportation time is 15–20 days.

Combined schemes using sea, road and rail transport allow you to find a balance between cost and delivery time.

Customs formalities begin even before the shipment of goods. We pay special attention to goods subject to export control or requiring additional permits from the supplier and government agencies of the UAE.
