Standard sea containers are not used for the transportation of pharmaceuticals, food products, or chemicals. Temperature-sensitive cargo can deteriorate from temperature fluctuations, resulting in direct financial losses.

For the safe delivery of such goods, we use refrigerated transport – shipping in special thermally insulated containers or trucks with continuously operating cooling and heating units. TransGID specialists arrange international delivery of temperature-controlled cargo and monitor the specified parameters at every stage of the route.

We have built a stable, seamless logistics network connecting major economic centers. Our specialists select optimal schemes through our own company branches and representative offices operating in Moscow, Vladivostok, and Novorossiysk. Sea Freight

Refrigerated sea freight is the most cost-effective way to deliver large batches of temperature-sensitive goods over long distances. We contract freight directly with leading shipping lines – this guarantees stable departure schedules, flexible timetables, and minimal waiting times during cargo handling at the ports of Novorossiysk, Vladivostok, and Saint Petersburg.

Rail Freight

Delivery of reefer containers by rail is independent of weather conditions or road traffic. We arrange transportation via accelerated container trains that follow a strict schedule. Direct rail routes connect major Chinese hubs (Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Changsha) with distribution stations in the Russian Federation.

Road Freight

An ideal tool for door-to-door delivery or last-mile service from ports and railway stations. We use modern euro-trucks and refrigerated vehicles with a carrying capacity of up to 20 tons. Licensing allows us to perform safe road transport, including the transportation of chemical and pharmaceutical cargo with ADR hazard classes (international carriage of dangerous goods by road).

Air Freight

When hours count, we engage air freight. This is an expensive yet the fastest shipping method, taking from 2 days depending on the destination and flight schedule. We deliver cargo to major air terminals in Moscow (Sheremetyevo Cargo, Moscow Cargo), Saint Petersburg (Pulkovo), or any other city with an international terminal.

To enable us to calculate the transportation cost, please prepare the following information:

• Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) – especially important when importing chemicals, perfumes, or hazardous substances.
• Exact temperature regime – specify the required range in degrees Celsius to preserve product integrity.
• Packing list – we need exact dimensions, gross weight, and packaging type (pallets, boxes). Be sure to indicate whether stacking (multi-tier loading) and cargo tilting/turning are permitted.
• FEA commodity code (HS Code) – helps determine customs clearance requirements in advance.
• Cargo specifics – whether veterinary control, phytosanitary control, or mandatory labeling is required.

Customs Clearance

TransGID LLC is a licensed customs representative with over 14 years of experience. We independently classify goods under FEA commodity codes, calculate customs duties, promptly submit declarations under our broker seal, and support inspections.

Chestny ZNAK Labeling

Many imported goods cannot be released into circulation without identification codes. We apply identification marks at consolidation warehouses prior to customs clearance procedures.

Certification and Insurance

We help execute the necessary declarations and certificates of conformity for the lawful import of products into the Russian Federation. Every shipment is accompanied by an insurance policy to protect the cargo owner's financial interests.

Each refrigerated shipment is calculated individually: universal rates do not exist here, as the cost depends on freight rates, the type of products, and the strictness of the temperature regime.
