Multimodal transportation is used where direct delivery by one type of transport is impossible. The cargo moves in a single shipping unit (container) using different modes of transport, but without reloading the contents.

We act as a single logistics operator: combining sea, rail, road and air transport under one contract. We coordinate the schedules of ships, freight trains and vehicles, eliminating downtime at transit terminals. You get an end-to-end rate and a guarantee of cargo safety from the sender's factory to your warehouse in the Russian Federation.

Sea + Rail DeliveryBasic route for imports from Asia. The most popular route, from China to Russia, is implemented through the ports of the Far East (Vladivostok, Nakhodka). Containers are transshipped onto fitting platforms and travel by rail to the terminals of Moscow (Vorsino, Elektrougli, Selyatino) or any other regions of the Russian Federation. Suitable for general shipments, machines and raw materials.

Sea + Road DeliveryClassic scheme for door-to-door transportation. Sea freight is carried out to the ports of Novorossiysk and St. Petersburg or transit hubs (Istanbul, Bandar Abbas). At the arrival terminal, the container is loaded onto a container truck from our fleet and delivered to the recipient.

Air + Road (Express)Solution for valuable cargo and samples. Air delivery to the nearest available international airport, followed by road transportation to the warehouse.

TransGID organizes multimodal container transportation only in international traffic. We operate in the following directions:

China and Southeast Asia. Multimodal transportation from China, Korea, Vietnam and Thailand. We use consolidation warehouses in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, as well as land border crossings Alashankou, Khorgos and Mudanjiang.

Middle East and India. Multimodal transportation from India and the UAE. We build routes through Iranian sea ports (Bandar Abbas) with further transit by road or ferries across the Caspian Sea to Astrakhan and Makhachkala.

Europe and Turkey. Multimodal transportation from Europe via Turkish warehouses (Istanbul, Ambarli). We organize transit of cargo through the CIS countries: Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.

Our infrastructure allows us to accept any commercial shipments for transportation:

FCL (Full Containers): Standard 20- and 40-foot containers.

LCL (Loose Cargo): We consolidate small shipments from different suppliers into one multimodal route.

Oversized and heavy cargo: We use specialized platforms (Flat Rack, Open Top) and low-frame trailers for the delivery of special equipment and production lines.

Dangerous goods (ADR): Transportation of industrial chemicals and batteries in compliance with the requirements of sea and rail lines.
