The fastest delivery method: only 1–3 days, including terminal processing and customs clearance
Air cargo transportation

Air freight is the only way to deliver imported cargo in 1-3 days. This solution is chosen for importing samples, perishable goods, spare parts for equipment repair, samples for certification or seasonal goods.
TransGID organizes international air cargo delivery for legal entities. We pick up cargo from the supplier's warehouse, issue export declarations in the country of departure and carry out customs clearance at the arrival airports. You receive cargo that has passed all formalities and is ready for sale.
Price guarantee: We book space directly with airlines thanks to IATA accreditation (International Air Transport Association).
Air delivery from China, Turkey and the UAE
TransGID imports commercial cargo from key trade and industrial centers around the world, ensuring stable logistics even in the face of changing foreign economic relations. Thanks to our extensive network of foreign agents and consolidation warehouses, we accept both direct shipments from factories and complex transit cargo. The geography of our regular routes covers the main economic hubs in Asia and the Middle East, which allows us to quickly select connecting flights, reduce travel time and minimize logistics costs for cargo owners. We import from the main trade and industrial centers in Asia, Africa and Europe.
Air delivery from China
Daily flights from Beijing (PEK), Shanghai (PVG), Guangzhou (CAN) and Hong Kong (HKG). This is the main channel for electronics, spare parts and urgent samples. We also organize regular flights from countries in the Asia-Pacific region: India, Korea, Japan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Air delivery from Turkey
Delivery of textiles, equipment, spare parts, consumer goods and chemicals from Istanbul.
Air delivery from the UAE
A transit hub in Dubai (DXB) allows us to bring goods and cargo from Europe and the USA.
We work with all international airports in Russia that have customs posts. You don't have to bring cargo through Moscow if the warehouse is in Siberia or the Urals. TransGID delivers cargo from any country that has direct air links with Russia.
Accreditation with IATA allows us to book space directly with airlines, eliminating hidden agency markups
We will deliver cargo to any international airport in the RF with a customs post – this saves money on internal road delivery
We control unloading and issue declarations within a few hours
Arrival airports and terminals
We know the specifics of each cargo terminal. Our forwarders on site control unloading, storage at the C&E warehouse, and cargo issuance.
The Moscow air hub has the highest traffic and flight frequency.
- Sheremetyevo – we operate through the largest terminal in Russia, Moscow Cargo.
- Domodedovo – we handle cargo at the Domodedovo Cargo terminal.
- Vnukovo – we accept Turkish and Asian flights through Vnukovo Cargo.
- Zhukovsky – we work with charter and cargo flights.
Saint Petersburg is a key point for the North-West.We process cargo through the Pulkovo cargo terminal and conduct intra-port forwarding.
Regional hubs – direct delivery to the regions reduces the logistics arm and expenses for road haulage from Moscow.
- Novosibirsk – air transportation through Tolmachevo Airport terminal.
- Yekaterinburg – direct air transportation to Yekaterinburg, Koltsovo Cargo terminal.
- Far East – we deliver goods directly to Vladivostok (Knevichi) and Krasnoyarsk airports.
- Volga Region, South – we accept flights at the international airports of Kazan, Samara, and Ufa.
What goods we transport
In addition to standard cargo (equipment, textiles, electronics, consumer goods), we handle complex nomenclature and often carry out shipments that other forwarders refuse:
- Dangerous goods (ADR) – air transportation of chemicals, lithium batteries, liquids. We check packaging, labeling, and MSDS declaration for compliance with IATA rules.
- Temperature-controlled cargo – medicines, cosmetics, food, biomaterials. We maintain the temperature regime along the entire route.
Air freight cost and weight calculation
Air freight rates depend not only on the actual weight but also on the volume. In aviation, the rule of 'chargeable weight' applies. The standard IATA coefficient is 1 m³ = 167 kg.
The airline compares the actual weight with the volumetric weight and calculates the rate based on the higher value.
Example 1 – heavy cargo
A box with metal bearings has a volume of 0.1 m³ and weighs 50 kg. Its volumetric weight is 16.7 kg. The airline will invoice for the actual weight – 50 kg.
Example 2 – light cargo
A box with down jackets has a volume of 1 m³ and weighs 40 kg. Its volumetric weight is 167 kg. The airline will invoice for the volumetric weight – 167 kg.
Working process with TransGID for air delivery
- Application – you send an invoice, packing list, and pickup address.
- Pickup – we pick up the cargo from the supplier and take it to the departure airport.
- Export – we issue an export declaration.
- Flight – the cargo departs on the next available flight. You receive the airway bill (MAWB) for tracking.
- Arrival and Import – the cargo is placed at the C&E warehouse (Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, or another); we submit the declaration and carry out customs clearance at the airport.
- Delivery – after release, we bring the cargo to your warehouse.
Customs clearance at the airport
TransGID is a licensed customs representative. Our declarants independently submit documents to the Electronic Declaration Centers (EDC) of aviation customs.
We interact with the terminals ourselves: we close accounts for loading and unloading operations (L&U), pay for C&E warehouse services, and issue passes for vehicles. You don't need to conclude separate agreements with Sheremetyevo or Tolmachevo – you receive already cleared cargo.
What is the delivery time for cargo by air from China?
The flight takes 8-10 hours. Considering the pickup of cargo from the factory, export clearance, terminal processing, and customs clearance in the RF, the total delivery time can be up to 3 days.
What is an air waybill (AWB)?
Air Waybill is the main transportation document. By its number (for example, 555-12345678), you can track the status of the cargo on the airline's website or terminal (for example, on the website Moscow Cargo).
Do you handle customs clearance at Sheremetyevo?
Yes, we have a customs representative license and a staff of declarants. We interact with customs ourselves and pay for CWH terminal services to speed up the release.
Is it possible to bring samples of goods?
Yes, delivering samples from China is a common service. We help to properly arrange their import so that there are no problems with certification of the main batch in the future.
