Task
An online store of components for robotics and DIY electronics turned to us with a request: to bring a batch of fragile components (boards, sensors, microcontrollers) weighing 350 kg from Shenzhen to Moscow.
Problem
The client found a new supplier, but doubted the quality of the boards' assembly and the reliability of the packaging. Sending money blindly was risky, since this was not a test batch, but a full-fledged order worth almost 4 million rubles. In addition, bare microchips can easily be damaged in transit if the factory packs them in thin cardboard boxes, which often happens when sending groupage cargo.

We contacted the manufacturer and, before paying the invoice, sent our inspector to the factory. The employee checked the batch for compliance with the declared characteristics, made a detailed photo and video report of each type of board, and checked the supplier's documents.
After confirming the quality, we picked up the goods at the consolidation warehouse. The factory packaging was indeed weak. Our warehouse workers completely repackaged the electronics: they added shock-absorbing material and placed the boxes in rigid wooden crates. The batch left for Russia by fast road transit through Kazakhstan.
Result
The client received the goods without damage or defects in 18 days. Thanks to the preliminary inspection, the online store avoided purchasing unsalable goods and found a reliable partner in China, with whom they now work on a permanent basis.
