Most clients purchase not a whole container in the USA, Mexico or Brazil, but several pallets of equipment, electronics, components or product samples.

In such a situation, it is economically unfeasible to pay for the entire container.

We organize cargo consolidation in partner warehouses, check packaging, labeling and documents, after which we send goods in one batch along with other clients' cargo.

The client pays only for the actually occupied volume.

This format is especially in demand when purchasing industrial electronics, spare parts, equipment, test batches of new goods and products for marketplaces.

For large shipments, separate containers are used.

The container is loaded directly at the supplier and follows an agreed route to Russia. The minimum number of transshipments reduces the risk of cargo damage and allows you to control delivery times at each stage of transportation.

20-foot containers are usually used for heavy equipment, metal and industrial raw materials. For bulk shipments, 40-foot containers and High Cube containers are used.

TransGID is a licensed customs representative and independently performs the entire range of customs procedures.

Our specialists check the supplier's documents, select HS codes, calculate customs duties, assess the risks of customs value adjustment and submit declarations to the Electronic Declaration Centers.

If necessary, we check the requirements for product certification and the completeness of technical documentation in advance.
