Road Freight from China

Road freight transportation is the most flexible overland delivery method. Unlike rail transport, trucks are not tied to train schedules, and compared to sea freight, it is 2–3 times faster.

TransGID arranges door-to-door import of goods from China. We pick up cargo from the supplier's warehouse in any PRC location and deliver it to your warehouse in the Russian Federation.

We specialize in international routes and do not transport cargo domestically within Russia. All our resources are focused on uninterrupted import: we position trucks for loading in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Yiwu, Beijing, and other industrial centers across China.

We select the route based on your supplier's location and the situation at border crossings. This ensures adherence to deadlines even during peak pre-holiday seasons.

• Truck delivery via Manzhouli and Zabaikalsk is the main channel for northern and eastern regions of China. Optimal for delivery to Siberia, the Urals, and central Russia.
• Transit through Kazakhstan – we use the Khorgos and Alashankou crossings. This is the shortest route for southern provinces leading to logistics hubs in Moscow and the Volga region.
• Suifenhe and Blagoveshchensk are supplementary corridors for prompt dispatch from China's border regions.

We select transport tailored to the volume of your shipment so you do not overpay for empty space. We utilize various border crossing formats: direct run (TIR), trailer swap (tractor unit change), or transshipment at a bonded warehouse.

Full Truckload (FTL)

If you have a shipment exceeding 10–12 tons or 60 m³ in volume, booking a dedicated truck is more cost-effective. A truck from China proceeds to your warehouse without intermediate sorting.

• Euro-truck (90–120 m³). Curtain-side vehicles for general cargo and machinery.
• Refrigerated truck from China. For temperature-sensitive goods: cosmetics, chemicals, food products.

Less than Truckload (LTL)

LTL delivery from China is ideal for smaller shipments. You only pay for the space your cargo occupies. We accept and consolidate cargo at warehouses (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Shenzhen, etc.), assemble batches, and dispatch trucks from China as they fill up.

International road freight with TransGID is a transparent process supervised by a dedicated manager:

1. Truck positioning: we collect cargo from the shipper within 24–48 hours.
2. Document processing: we verify the invoice and packing list to prevent customs delays.
3. Customs transit: we pass through Zabaikalsk, Khorgos, or Dostyk checkpoints.
4. Customs clearance: we handle clearance at bonded warehouses or under the broker's seal (TransGID is a licensed customs representative).
5. Final delivery: we deliver cleared goods to your address.

• Speed. The average transit time for road freight from China to Moscow is 18 to 25 days.
• Agility. If one border crossing is congested, we promptly re-route.
• Safety. The vehicle is sealed at the shipper's facility. This reduces the risk of damage compared to transshipment at seaports or railway stations.
