Truck transportation from China

Road cargo transportation is the most flexible way of overland delivery. Unlike rail transport, road transport is not tied to the train schedule, and compared to sea transport, it is 2–3 times faster.

TransGID organizes import of goods from China «door-to-door». We pick up the cargo from the supplier's warehouse in any location in the PRC and deliver it to your warehouse in the Russian Federation.

We specialize in international communications and do not carry goods within Russia. All our resources are aimed at uninterrupted import: we provide trucks for loading in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Yiwu, Beijing and other industrial centers of China.

We choose the route depending on the location of your supplier and the situation at the borders. This allows us to guarantee the deadlines even during peak seasons before holidays.

• Trucking through Manchuria and Zabaikalsk is the main channel for the northern and eastern regions of China. It is optimal for delivery to Siberia, the Urals and central Russia.
• Transit through Kazakhstan uses the Khorgos and Alashankou crossings. This is the shortest route for the southern provinces, leading to the logistics hubs of Moscow and the Volga region.
• Suifenhe and Blagoveshchensk are additional corridors for prompt shipments from border regions of China.

We select transport according to the volume of your batch so that you do not overpay for empty space. We use different formats for crossing the border: direct рейс (TIR), change of tractor unit (change of tractor) or transshipment at the customs warehouse.

Dedicated trucks (FTL)

If you have a batch of more than 10–12 tons or a volume of 60 m³ or more, it is more profitable to order a separate truck. The truck from China goes to your warehouse without intermediate sorting.

• Euro truck (90–120 m³). Tented trucks for general cargo and equipment.
• Refrigerated truck from China. For goods requiring temperature control: cosmetics, chemicals, food products.

Consolidated cargo (LTL)

For small batches, LTL delivery from China is suitable. You pay only for the space that your goods occupy. We accept and consolidate cargo at warehouses (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Shenzhen, etc.), form a batch and send trucks from China as soon as they are full.

International road freight with TransGID is a transparent process under the control of a personal manager:

1. Truck supply: we pick up the cargo from the sender within 24–48 hours.
2. Documentation: we check the invoice and packing list to avoid delays at customs.
3. Customs transit: we pass through the Zabaikalsk, Khorgos or Dostyk posts.
4. Customs clearance: we carry out clearance at the customs warehouse or under the broker's stamp (TransGID is a licensed customs representative).
5. Final delivery: we bring the cleared goods to your address.

• Speed. The average срок of road transportation from China to Moscow is from 18 to 25 days.
• Maneuverability. If one crossing is congested, we promptly change the route.
• Safety. The truck is sealed at the sender's end. This reduces the risk of damage compared to transshipments in ports or railway stations.
