Supplies of hydrogen peroxide, aluminum hydroxide, nitrocellulose, pipes for gas and oil pipelines, rhenium in pieces, powder and in the form of waste were banned.
It was decided to expand the existing list of base metal products. It is also forbidden to supply power tools to the Russian Federation, in particular grinding tools for processing wood, cork, hard rubber, plastic. Microtomes and thermostats were banned.
A ban is also imposed on the import of non-industrial diamonds of Russian origin.

The Japanese government took these measures on April 5, and the decision will be officially announced on the 10th. The restrictions will come into force on April 17, with the exception of non-industrial diamonds, which will be banned on May 10.
