Trade volume between the two countries over the 10 months of 2023 showed a 27.7% growth:
- Trade turnover reached $196.48 billion
- At the EEF, it was stated that trade turnover would reach $200 billion this year, and such figures might be seen as early as November
- Regarding the export/import growth dynamics, the results are:
- Exports from Russia increased by 12.4% — to $106.4 billion
- Imports from China rose by 52.2% — to $90.08 billion
